I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how happy I was with the turn signal switch part that I purchased from you. My son is a new driver and we purchased a 1995 GMC Jimmy for him. Of course after we purchased it we had many issues that needed to be fixed that became very costly. It was a true pleasure to find your site on the internet with the part we needed at a very, very reasonable price. This same part was offered to us by an auto parts store nearby and a Chevrolet dealership for $200 - $300 more. We had a friend install it that does auto body and it is working great. I also called and spoke to someone at your facility about shipping the part quickly and was happy when I received it in 2 days. The person was very helpful and friendly. The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely keep you in mind in the future if we have a need to purchase auto parts.

I have a 1997 Chevy Tahoe and the inside driver's side door handle broke from ten years of use. My truck has less than 80,000 miles on it and looks like new. I just wanted to let you know that I received The window regulator for my 2003 Dodge Durango. I have to say dealing with Monster Auto Parts has been one of the best internet purchase experiences I have had and I buy allot off the internet. I shopped every parts dealer on the web and nobody could help but Monster Auto. I asked a question via e-mail on Saturday and to my surprise I got a response on Sunday from Barb. She let me know the part I needed was in stock and ready to go. I called the following Monday and Barb was extremely helpful and I had my window regulator in two days. The part was perfect and was one of the easiest installs I've ever done.

I had order 1 629113 1997-1998 Ford F150, 1999-2000 Ford Super Duty Truck Turn Signal Switch $49.95. For my truck on Wed Oct 8^th early in the morning and it was delivered Friday afternoon. It didn’t take much to install and worked great. I wanted to let you guys know that I will keep you in mind and tell others about your company online. I recently made my first and second purchase (both in the same week) from MONSTER AUTO PARTS, INC. and was very pleased in the price, delivery time and how easy it was to place the orders. Both orders arrived within one day without any extra delivery charges. The first order was a headlight for my 2000 Honda Accord SE and I was quoted by my local Honda dealership the price of $200 for the part and $150 to install. I was fortunate enough to have friend install the light for me………...…light and installation, a mere $100.

hi there, just wanted to thank you. my name is Susan and I ordered the Buick century turn signal switch from you. of course the cheaper one is in stock now all over the place. but after two orders from two competitors that ended in a refund due to backordered I just wanted to get the part here. the part you shipped showed up perfectly fine. the ups driver brought it right into my covered porch. the part was installed by the dealership yesterday and solved 70% of the problem. unfortunately, it needs a ignition switch to fix the other problem. but the turn signal switch is in and beautiful. I HAVE TURN SIGNALS AGAIN AND HIGH BEAMS!!!!!! Yahoooo!!!!. I just wanted to thank you. I am glad I ordered the part from you and didn't wait hoping the lower price item would come in. I felt better just getting the part here and you were still less expensive than the dealership that wanted almost 600.00 for the same part not installed. I just wanted to send you a compliment. your phone assistance was great and you made a frustrating situation more bearable. people are always quick to complain but don't take enough time to compliment when they are happy about something. so my hats off to you . thank you from a satisfied customer.
